The planet Uranus has much impact on political affairs. The planet Uranus has the significance of revolution, political agitation, sudden disruptive change, and war for liberty.

We can also read the tendencies of splitting of country or state with the help of Uranus and the zodiac sign of capital, and if there is a threat like so we can predict it.

Now I am trying to prove my findings from various examples. The prediction rules are as follows-

1-     The fourth house and its lord rule the land. The twelfth house stands for the house of loose, the sixth house stands for dispute and the third house is the twelfth from the fourth house and the lord of these houses has a functional tendency to disintegrate. Saturn and Rahu/Ketu have a natural tendency to disintegrate.

So the transit position of the fourth lord over these houses and the impact of the separate planet on the fourth house and at the fourth lord may create a tendency of partition.

2-    Uranus a planet of political upheaval transits over these houses namely third, sixth and twelfth creating such circumstances strongly. Its transit over the 1^st, 4^th, and 8^th houses proves bad for the country otherwise.

Let us see some examples-

1-    India divided on August 14/15, 1947. Observe the transit position of planets at the sign Capricorn the zodiac sign of the capital New Delhi. 

     

    a-     The 6^th transit of Uranus at sign Gemini from sign Capricorn the zodiacal sign of capital.

b-    The 4^th lord Mars in the 6^th house within the aspect of 3^rd cum 12^th lord Jupiter.

Pakistan was divided on December 16, 1971. The zodiacal sign of Islamabad (33N42 & 73E10) is Aries.

a-     The transit of Uranus is at the 6^th house at sign Virgo from sign Aries.

b-    The 4^th house is influenced by malefic Rahu/Ketu and its lord in the 8^th house with the 3^rd and 12^th lord.

Korea divided on September 9, 1948. The zodiac sign of its capital Seoul (37N35 & 127E00) is Capricorn.

a-     The transit of Uranus from the 6^th house at sign Gemini is noteworthy from the zodiac sign of the capital of the country.

b-    The 4^th house and its lord Mars are influenced by malefic Rahu/Ketu having an aspect of Saturn from 8^th house. Saturn and Rahu/Ketu have a natural tendency to disintegrate.

Sudan divided on July 9, 2011 at zero hours. The zodiacal sign of its Capital Khartoum (15N38 & 32E32) is Libra.

1-a-     The transit of Uranus is at the 6^th house at the sign Pisces from the zodiac sign of it.

b-    The 4^th lord Saturn in the 12^th house a house of losses within the aspect of Ketu. The 12^th lord Mercury has an influence on the 4^th house by his aspect.

1-    Germany divided in 1945. The zodiacal sign of capital Berlin (52N31 & 13E23) is Pisces. Uranus was 3^rd to it at sign Taurus.

2-    Madhya Pradesh was divided on November 1, 2000, and Uttar Pradesh on November 9, 2000. The zodiac sign of the capital of both states is Scorpio. The transit of Uranus from the 3^rd house at sign Capricorn is noteworthy.

3-    Vietnam was divided in 1954. The zodiac sign of Hanoi (21N02 & 105E51) is Aquarius and the transit of Uranus was at the sign Cancer from July 1954 the 6^th place from the zodiacal sign of capital.

4-    Italy was divided in 1943. The zodiac sign of Rome (41N54 & 12E29) is the sign Sagittarius and the transit Uranus was at the sign Taurus the 6^th place from the sign Sagittarius.

5-    Yugoslavia was divided during Second World War in 1941. The zodiacal sign of Belgrade (44N49 & 20E28) is Scorpio and the transit Uranus was at sign Aries the 6^th place from the zodiacal sign of Yugoslavia.

6-    United Arab States disestablished on December 26, 1961. The joint capital Cairo (30N02 & 31E13) is ruled by the sign Pisces and the transit Uranus was at sign Leo the 6^th place from it.

n  The 1^st, 4^th and 8^th transit of it also put some bad effect on any country as it is a planet of malefic nature. Please observe.

1-    The USSR was disestablished on 26/12/1991. The zodiac sign of Moscow (55N45 & 37E34) is Virgo and the transit Uranus was at the sign Sagittarius the 4^th place from it.

2-    USA was divided in 1860. The zodiac sign of Washington DC (38N57 & 77W02) is Aquarius and the transit Uranus was at sign Taurus the 4^th place from it.

3-    Northern Cyprus was proclaimed separate from Cyprus on 15/11/1983. The zodiac sign of the capital Nicosia (34N08 & 33E28) of Cyprus is Aries and the transit Uranus was at sign Scorpio the 8^th place from it.

4-    West Indies Federation dissolved on 31/5/ 1962. The joint capital of them Trinidad (10N41 & 61W38) is ruled by the sign Capricorn and the transit Uranus was at sign Leo the 8^th place from it.

5-    India was forced to fight with Pakistan in 1965 China in 1962 and Kargil in 1999 during the transit of Uranus from Leo and Capricorn respectively the 1^st and 8^th place from the zodiac sign of New Delhi.

The 1^st and 5^th house stand for the humane mind, in the countries horoscope mind of people. Whenever Uranus transit these houses from the country`s sign people's mind turns to liberty. Transit from the 7^th and 11^th houses also can create a such result as it aspect 1^st and 5^th respectively from these houses. Transit from other houses also can create a such result if the associated planet aspect the 1^st house as its effect will reach the 1^st house with the help of the associated planet. The 9^th house also can create a such result as it is trine to the 1^st and 5^th house.

The planet Saturn is also a supporter planet of democracy so the transit of it over 1^st, 5^th, 7^th, and 11^th place from the zodiac sign of capital can create a hunger for libration in the people's minds.

For the use of political purposes calculate the zodiac sign for capital using a formula and extend it up to the last limit of the star but within the same zodiac sign. Some star covers the next sign too and extend the star longitude of place up to the last limit of the sign.

Let us see some revolutions-

1-    India`s revolution of 1857/58/59. India`s zodiac sign is Capricorn and the Uranus was transiting over Taurus this year the 5^th house of India.

2-    Up to July 1947 Uranus was at sign Taurus and the previous year from 1947 created a decisive revolution in India. Here again, Uranus was transiting 5^th from India`s zodiac sign.

3-    Russia created a revolution in about 1917. Uranus was at Capricorn the 5^th house from the zodiac sign of Moscow.

5-    Cuba`s revolution take place in the year 1956/57/58. Uranus was transiting at the sign Cancer the 9<sup>th</sup> place from Havana`s zodiac sign and the Saturn was at the sign Scorpio over Havana`s zodiac sign.

6-    Egypt has got freedom from its tyrannical ruler recently. The zodiac sign of Cairo the capital of Egypt is Pisces. The revolution has take place in February 2011.

The 1^st house stands for public and the transit of Uranus over it with its lord created a great hunger for liberation. Saturn was at sign Virgo the 7^th place influencing 1^st house.

7-    Libya is about to get liberation from its cruel ruler. The revolution was running on from mid-February 2011. The capital of Libya is Tripoli and its zodiac sign is Virgo.                                

The Uranus was at sign Pisces aspecting ascendant creating a hunger for libration the 1^st Saturn at sign Virgo also supporting same.

8-    Syrian civil war against its ruler also stroked the country in 2011. Its capital is Damascus (33N30 & 36E18) and its zodiac sign of it is Pisces of 11-4/48.  The transit of Uranus at sign Pisces creates the hunger for liberation against the ruler.

(How to calculate the zodiacal sign of place-

Take the longitude and latitude of the place in question. Convert them into degrees. Out of them, use the North and East c0-ordinate with plus (+) mark and the South and West coordinate with the minus(-) mark.

Zodiac sign= 9(Latitude – Longitude)

Then make the resultant figure within 360 degrees, after deducting or adding, as many times the value of 360 as possible. It must be within 360 degrees and with a plus mark and then convert into a Zodiac sign, providing 30 degrees for each sign. The value we get should be increased by the nearest Navamsa-pada. This is the Zodiacal sign of place. But for the use of political purposes we should extend it up to the last limit of the star but within the same sign.)
