The eclipses
also influence the zodiac sign of a place.
The eclipse falls at sensitive signs to the place sign may be harmful. The 1st,
4th, 8th, and 12th signs are always bad and the 5th,
9th, Badhak signs, and the sign of most functional planet from 7th

1- Scheme of Tara Phal- The stars of Vipat,
Pratyari, and Vadh Tara are bad to transit by any planet. While stars of natal
Tara are bad when transited by malefic planets. The stars involved in good
Tara are benefic for every planet.
2- Mark the star falling in the 8th
and 2nd house according to the equal house division method from the natal
sign. These and trine stars from them are bad to transit by any planet. This is
a very strong tool.
B- According to the lordship of planets- These must
be adjusted according to the scheme- A.
1- The star of sign and Navamsa lord are almost
good.
2- The star is owned by planets, who rule evil
houses from the natal sign of the country as 3rd, 6th, 8th,
12th, and Badhak houses, are bad. Generally, UPACHYA houses are good to be ruled by a planet, but if the same time its other sign falls in a bad house; these
can’t provide absolutely good results even in a good Tara.
3- If the
other sign owned by the 7th lord does not fall in the evil houses then the
star owned by 7th lord is also good. Similarly stars owned by lords
of Kendras and Konas work.
4- In matters related to the game, war, and
partnership, or negotiation, the 5th house works in favor of an opposite
party.
Now let us observe the influence of
eclipses falling in October 2014 over various countries.
1- A total lunar eclipse will take place on 8 October 2014.

This total eclipse is visible in the
USA, Japan, Indonesia, Cuba, Philippines, and Australia etc in its full form but
India, Brazil and Bangladesh etc can see only a partial state of it.
It will take place at Revati star within the sign Pisces. Hence it will affect the places of fiery sign and Pisces mostly
and trine sign from Pisces the Cancer and Scorpio will also get affliction. It will harm the significance of the
house where it falls from the zodiac sign of other countries. Now let us see
its effect on some important countries.
India (New Delhi 28N39 & 77E13) - is
ruled by the sign Capricorn of Sravana star. The eclipse will take place in the 3rd
house but at a benefic Tara. So it can harm the significance of 3rd
house to some extent. Dispute with neighboring countries and Press is indicated.
Means of communication and traffic may get suffer on this account. Jammu
and Kashmir is ruled by the sign Pisces, so particularly this area may suffer from odd circumstances.
USA (White house 38/53/52N & 77/02/11W0
is ruled by sign Aquarius of Purvabhadra star. The eclipse is falling in the 2nd
house at an evil Tara. Hence it will harm the economy of this country. The 2nd
house is trine from 10th house and 7th from 8th
house. So the ruler of the country may suffer criticism of severe nature. This
eclipse is not good for this country.
USSR (Moscow 55N45 & 37E37) is ruled by the sign
Virgo of Hasta star. The eclipse will take place in the 7th house
but at a good Tara. It will harm all the matters relating to dealing with other
countries and the threat of warfare is indicated. This is not good but not too bad
for this country.
Pakistan (Islamabad 33N42 & 77E10) is ruled by the sign Aries of Aswani star. The eclipse will take place in the 12th
house. The star of Mercury is in the group of 9th Tara but being an
odd Tara it has a killing nature also Mercury is the most malefic planet for sign
Aries. Hence this eclipse is not good for this country. It will harm in many
ways.
Sri Lanka (Colombo 06N54 & 79E53) is ruled by sign
Gemini of Mrigshira star. The event of the eclipse will take place over 10th
house and also at evil Tara. Hence this will be much harmful to the significance
of 10th house of the country. It will harm the party in power, the top
authority of the country, and ill health and severe criticism to ward ruler is also
indicated.
We can see the result of it over anycountrys by the applying rules given above. In a general way it will harm the
countries ruled by the sign Pisces and Virgo, such as Lebanon, Gaza, Mexico,
Germany, and Syria ruled by the sign Pisces, and Ukraine and Libya are ruled by the sign
Virgo. But now the sign Pisces is getting a benefic aspect of its lord
Jupiter, so the ill effect will minimize to some extent. Sign Pisces falls in
the 8th house trine from fiery signs, so the countries ruled by
fiery signs such as Pakistan, Nigeria, South Africa, Philippines, Japan etc
will also suffer on account of this eclipse.
2- A partial solar eclipse will occur on October 23, 2014. A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon passes between Earth and the Sun. It is visible in USA, and Canada and not visible
in India.

It will take
place at the Chitra star of Libra sign. So all of airy signs, sign Aries and all of the watery signs will get affliction by it. It may be more harmful to the countries
to which the star Chitra is not supportive in the good sense. The USA, Sri Lanka,
Kuwait (29N22 & 47E58), Malaysia, and Turkey (39N55 & 32E50) are some
countries ruled by airy sign and Canada (Ottawa 45N24 & 75W40) is ruled by
sign Aries. It puts a more ill effect on the places where it is visible.
(How to calculate the zodiacal sign of place-
Take the longitude and latitude of the place in
question. Convert them into degrees. Out of them, use the North and East
c0-ordinate with plus (+) mark and the South and West coordinate with the minus (-)
mark.
Zodiac sign= 9(Latitude – Longitude)
Then
make the resultant figure within 360 degrees, after deducting or adding, as
many times the value of 360 as possible. It must be within 360 degrees and with
plus mark and then convert into a Zodiac sign, providing 30 degrees for each
sign. The value we get should be increased by the nearest Navamsa-pada. This is
the Zodiacal sign of place. But for the use of political purposes we should
