But we know in Indian astrology more importance has been given to the moon than the sun,
so why should we not examine the horoscope of the moment when the sun transit over the natal moon! The significant factor for the year is the Sun and the basis of transit
is the Moon.
The zodiac sign of Capital works for such purposes. For the use of political purposes calculate the zodiac sign for capital using a formula and extend it up to the
last limit of the star but within the same zodiac sign.
