Most astrologers examine the annual solar return chart for
the purpose of knowing the future result in a particular year of the native.
The
annual horoscope is a transit position of planets and ascendant at a
significant moment of a native as the Sun transit over the natal sun. But we know in
Indian astrology more importance has been given to the moon than the sun, then why should we
not examine the horoscope of the moment when the sun transit over the natal moon! The significant factor for the year is the Sun and the basis of transit is the Moon.
The zodiac sign of Capital works for such purposes. For the use of political purposes calculate the zodiac sign for capital using a formula and extend it up to the
last limit of the star but within the same zodiac sign.
To know the
possible trend of any country or state in a particular year examines Sun's ingress
over this point.
India`s
zodiac sign is Capricorn of 23 degrees and 20 minutes according to the formula.
The Sun transits, over this point about 6th February of every year.
Let us see the possible trends of India in 2015 using this new noble method.

Atmakarak is
Mars and Karakamsa sign is Taurus
The 8th
house= 10-27/04, hence 64th navamsa sign is Gemini
There is mixed influence by the planets in this annual chart for India. The even
ascendant Cancer with an even Navamsa Pisces is good enough. But the annual
ascendant lord Moon attained odd signs in both Vargas is not a good feature for
Indian affairs. Further, the ascendant lord Moon is receiving the malefic aspect of
Saturn and Mars, in the 2nd house at sign Leo and posited in the 8th
house in Navamsa diagram. The first house stands for the nation as a whole and the general conditions of the country. It also rules over public health. Public
health may suffer and some kind of epidemic in certain areas may come into existence. The general public has to face difficulties in their pursuits.
Means of
communication may suffer as 3rd Rahu and 3rd lord Mercury
is in debility in the Navamsa chart. It can increase disputes on national
boundaries. The 6th house hemmed in between Saturn and Sun and the 6th
lord Jupiter posited in the ascendant, with retrograde motion. So terrorists
shall try increasing their ill activities. But Jupiter`s position as a 6th
lord at sign Aquarius in the Navamsa that is equal to 8th and is good
enough to submit to them.
The 2nd
lord in the 7th house within the aspect of the 7th lord
Saturn indicates foreign investment in the country. The 11th lord
with the 10th lord in the 8th house indicates the failure of
inventors to control prices.
The 9th
Ketu within the aspect of his sign depositor Jupiter indicates upheaval on
religious grounds. The demise of some leading personalities from the religious or
social area is also indicated as the 9th lord Jupiter is posited in the 12th
house in Navamsa and the sign occupied by it is from the 8th house of Rasi
chart.
The 10th
house stands for the ruler of the country. Mars the 10th lord is in the
8th house at the enemy sign further it is at sign Taurus in the Navamsa
which is the sign of its detrimental. Hence public criticism of the ward ruler is
indicated. He must be also aware of his health matters. Mars is influenced
by the female planet Venus and Moon. This can indicate some untoward results by the
advice and company of females.
The 4th
lord Venus of this annual chart is in the 8th house which is a sure
sign of some kind of calamities. We can ascertain possible areas with the help
of this horoscope.
Direction-
a- The sign occupied by the 64th
Navamsa lord in the Navamsa chart.
Here the 64 Navamsa lord is Mercury
posited at sign Pisces in Navamsa. Sign Pisces rules over the North direction.
b- The direction of signs occupied by the 8th
lord in both Vargas.
Here the 8th lord is Saturn posited at the sign Scorpio in Rasi and
at the sign Virgo in Navamsa. Sign Scorpio rules North and Virgo rules over South
direction.
Hence we can
safely conclude afflicted directions are North and south. Here we can also
observe malefic presence over signs in both Vargas to ascertain the strength of affliction.
Places- We
can also ascertain possible zodiacal signs of places sensitive to receiving bad
events for the year in question.
a- The places ruled by the sign of the 8th
house and also ruled by the sign of the 64th Navamsa sign.
Here Aquarius and Gemini signs are in the picture.
Within India`s map Punjab and Himachal are ruled by the sign Aquarius in our
desired direction. Some part of Kashmir like ‘Leah’ is also ruled by the sign
Aquarius. There is no area in the south ruled by airy signs. But the areas of Leo
sign are also sensitive as 7th from sign Aquarius. These are
Bangalore and Rajahmundry etc.
b- The places ruled by signs occupied by the 8th lord in both Vargas.
Here we have to consider the trine and 7th sign from the afflicted
sign by 8th lord and also the sign within the aspect of it.
Here the 8th lord Saturn is at sign Scorpio in Rasi and at
sign Virgo at Navamsa. So we have to consider all the places ruled by even signs in the South-North axis. But this will be too much as most part of India is ruled
by even sign in our desired directions.
c- Find the Navamsa longitude of the 8th
lord by multiplying 9 by Rasi longitude and make the figure within the range of the zodiac. Now mark the star occupied by the 8th lord at its Navamsa
position. All the places in desired signs and directions that are in evil Tara
from Navamsa star of 8th lord are sensitive much.
Here Rasi longitude of Saturn is 7-09/46 and Navamsa longitude is
5-27/54. So stars ruled by Mars, Jupiter, Mercury, and Venus are sensitive to get
calamities.
Hence Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir and Leh, Kurukshetra and Bhivani from
Haryana, Rajahmundry, and Bangalore, Kottayam, and Chennai from the south, and places
near about are sensitive to get affliction.
(How to calculate
zodiacal sign of a place-
Take the longitude and latitude
of the place in question. Convert them into degrees. Out of them, use the North and
East coordinate with plus (+) mark and the South and West coordinate with a minus (-) mark.
Zodiac sign= 9(Latitude –
Longitude)
Then make the resultant figure
within 360 degrees, after deducting or adding, as many times the value of 360
as possible. It must be within 360 degrees and with plus mark and then convert into a Zodiac sign, providing 30 degrees for each sign. The value we get should
be increased by the nearest Navamsa-pada. This is the Zodiacal sign of place. But
for the use of political purposes we should extend it up to the last limit of the star
but within the same sign and coordinates of capital should be taken into account.)
