The 4^th lord Venus is in the 12^th house and combusts in Rasi chart. Though it is an evil place but weak planets are welcome here to acquire political power and strong planets create many obstacles here. In the Navamsa chart, it is posited in the 2^nd house at its own sign with its exaltation lord Jupiter. The 2^nd house is almost good for the position of the 10^th lord and the positive strength of Venus is most welcome. Hence the 4^th lord Venus is surpassing the 10^th lord Mars. In the Vedic Trisamsa chart, it is posited in the 12^th house at the Scorpio sign. This is almost a satisfactory position in comparison with the Trisamsa position of Mars.

The 10^th lord Mars is trailed in positive position and strength by the 4^th lord Venus. Hence the heavy loss to the ruling party is feared in the upcoming state assembly elections.
