Date: January 24, 2018, at 09h 29m 48s at Jaipur

Now let us examine the chart:
The 10th cum 3rd lord Mars is in the 10th house but moved to the 9th house in the Chalit chart. This is almost a satisfactory position of the 10th lord. In the Navamsa chart, it is in the 5th house within the aspect of its exaltation lord Saturn. The 5th house has a negative attitude to word the 10th house. Hence this position of the 10th lord is not good. In the Vedic Trisamsa chart, it is in the 3rd house that is also not much promising for the traits of the 10th house.
The 4th lord Venus is in the 12th house and combusts in Rasi chart. Though it is an evil place but weak planets are welcome here to acquire political power and strong planets create many obstacles here. In the Navamsa chart, it is posited in the 2nd house at its own sign with its exaltation lord Jupiter. The 2nd house is almost good for the position of the 10th lord and the positive strength of Venus is most welcome. Hence the 4th lord Venus is surpassing the 10th lord Mars. In the Vedic Trisamsa chart, it is posited in the 12th house at the Scorpio sign. This is almost a satisfactory position in comparison with the Trisamsa position of Mars.
The 10th lord Mars is trailed in positive position and strength by the 4th lord Venus. Hence the heavy loss to the ruling party is feared in the upcoming state assembly elections.
