Someone from Hyderabad wrote me to know “me when will Telangana come into existence!” It was out of my wit how to judge his query. I am not giving his answer in this paper as I am not an expert in mundane affairs. Some say astrology is a science of tendencies. Their thought is quite correct in most of the affairs related to nonliving objects I mean predictions about nonliving things but it is more than tendencies on some affairs related to living body. The consciousness is a delicate and sensible thing to receive impact from outside. The living body is mainly constructed and regulated by liquid-type things and various types of hormones and the liquid is more sensible to receive impact from outside than solid objects. The tide in the ocean is visible to everyone.  

So we can read the tendencies related to political affairs using the zodiac sign of capital got by using my formula. I have written earlier about the timing of getting liberation from other countries or from tyrannical rulers. The planet Uranus has much impact on political affairs. The planet Uranus has the significance of revolution, political agitation, sudden and disruptive change, and war for liberty.

We can also read the tendencies of splitting of country or state with the help of Uranus and the zodiac sign of capital, and if there is a threat like so we can predict it.

Now I am trying to prove my findings from various examples. The prediction rules are as follows-

1-     The fourth house and its lord rule the land. The twelfth house stands for the house of loose, the sixth house stands for dispute and the third house is the twelfth from the third house and the lord of these houses has the functional tendency to disintegrate. Saturn and Rahu/Ketu have a natural tendency to disintegrate.

So the transit position of the fourth lord over these houses and the impact of separate planets on the fourth house and at the fourth lord may create such a tendency of partition.

2-    Uranus a planet of political upheaval transits over these houses namely the third, sixth, and twelfth house creates such circumstances strongly. Its transit through the 1^st, and 8^th houses proves bad for the country otherwise.

Let us see some examples-

India divided on 14/15-8-1947. Observe the transit position of planets at the sign Capricorn the zodiacal sign of the capital New Delhi.

a-    The 6^th transit of Uranus at sign Gemini from sign Capricorn the zodiacal sign of capital.

b-    The 4^th lord Mars in the 6^th house within the aspect of 3^rd cum 12^th lord Jupiter.

2- Pakistan divided on 16/12/1971. The zodiacal sign of Islamabad (33N42 & 73E10) is Aries.

a-    The transit of Uranus is at the 6^th house at sign Virgo from sign Aries.

b-    The 4^th house is influenced by malefic Rahu/Ketu and its lord in the 8^th house with the 3^rd and 12^th lord.

3-Korea divided on 9/9/1948. The zodiacal sign of its capital Seoul (37N35 & 127E00) is Capricorn.

a-    The transit of Uranus from the 6^th house at sign Gemini is noteworthy from the zodiacal sign of the capital of the country.

b-    The 4^th house and its lord Mars are influenced by malefic Rahu/Ketu having an aspect of Saturn from the 8^th house. Saturn and Rahu/Ketu have a natural tendency to disintegrate.

14-    Sudan divided on 9/7/2011 at zero hours. The zodiacal sign of its Capital Khartoum (15N38 & 32E32) is Libra.

          a-    The transit of Uranus is at the 6^th house at the sign Pisces from the zodiac sign of it.

b-    The 4^th lord Saturn in the 12^th house a house of losses within the aspect of Ketu. The 12^th lord Mercury has an influence on the 4^th house by his aspect.

15-    Germany divided in 1945. The zodiacal sign of capital Berlin (52N31 & 13E23) is Pisces. Uranus was 3^rd to it at sign Taurus.

6-    Madhya Pradesh divided on 1/11/2000 and Uttar Pradesh on 9/11/2000. The zodiac sign of the capital of both states is Scorpio. The transit of Uranus from the 3^rd house at sign Capricorn is noteworthy.

7-    Goa separated from Delhi rule on 30/5/1987 and was established as a separate state. The Uranus was at sign Sagittarius the 12^th from Delhi. The 4^th lord Mars from sign Capricorn in the 6^th house at sign Gemini.

4-    The zodiacal sign of Hyderabad (17.99N & 79.59E) is Virgo. Now the position of Uranus is at sign Pisces creating a hunger for liberation from the current rule. The process of formation was announced on 9/12/2009. The moon sign was trine to it at the sign Taurus and the retrograde Uranus was at the very first degree of Pisces. Due to objections raised in some regions, the decision to form a new state was put on hold on 23/12/2009. The Moon sign was at sign Aquarius the 6^th sign from the zodiac sign of capital showing dispute. As I think the 3^rd and 6^th positions of Uranus will come very late from the sign of capital. The 7^th position of it may create a revolution against the rule. The 9^th house aspect to the 3^rd house may solve the situation! Or Navamsa's position of it equal to the 3^rd, 6^th 9^th and 12^th house may work. The 4^th lord of the state Jupiter must have been influenced by the 3^rd lord Mars, the 12^th lord Sun or by the planet of the natural tendency to disintegrate. Transit of it over the 3^rd, 6th, and 12th houses also may support separating Telangana. I have not any experience in predicting mundane affairs. Here my aim is to show the impact of zodiacal sign on a place. I am eager to know the result. Let us see the transit chart of the merging of Telangana with Hyderabad state. This incident took place on 1/11/1956. The zodiacal sign of Hyderabad is Virgo.

   The 4^th lord of the state Jupiter has an aspect of the 3^rd lord Mars from the 6^th house threatening separation. Jupiter is also in debility in the navamsa but its association with benefic Venus who is exalted in the navamsa and not influenced by another planet of having separation quality lingering the matter.
