The Syrian Civil War, also known as the Syrian Uprising or the Syrian Crisis is an ongoing armed conflict in Syria between forces loyal to the Ba'ath government and those seeking to oust it. On 14 December 2013, a largely ethnic faction of the Armed Forces of South Sudan caused a political crisis in South Sudan. President Salva Kiir announced that the attempt was put down the next day, but fighting resumed on 16 December and spread beyond the capital, Juba, to the ethnic tinderbox of Jonglei largely along ethnic lines. At least 500 were reported to have died and over 400 injured. It may take shape of civil war.
