B- The places of the Taurus sign of 3rd Drekkana were also affected much by this earthquake. There was a heavy Marak-Yoga on the 3rd Saturn and Gulika and the same time the 8th transit of Rahu from Gemini sign so the epicenter was at this place. But there was also some affliction over the Taurus sign of the last drekkana.
The place Chengdu is situated 80km away from the epicenter and has a zodiac sign of 1-28/57 value (30N44 & 104E11).
The Taurus sign with Virgo drekkana and navamsa
1- Ascendant 4th from it at Leo.
2- Saturn is also 4th from it at Leo.
3- Sun 8th from D-3 sign of place at Aries.
So it is clear that the affliction over the Taurus sign is also present besides of Gemini sign.
1- The extreme area- epicenter and Beichuan (31N53 & 104E26) both are the place of Sagittarius navamsa in the Gemini Rasi.
a- The Sagittarius sign has a planet of about stationary motion for retrogression, though benefic and sign lord itself but drawing back its protection power from the place as it became retrograde just two days earlier. Moreover, it is Badhak lord for the place.
b- The 8th house from its sign Cancer and its lord moon is badly afflicted with Ketu and Mars. The moon is in exact conjunction with Ketu and at the extreme end of the sign.
c- In the navamsa diagram the sign Sagittarius and its lord are with the cruel Sun within the malefic aspect of Mars and Saturn. The 8th lord from this point is the Moon again with Ketu and aspected by Mars and Saturn.
2- The violent area- Place Juyuan (30N59 & 103E40) situated in the violent area. The Shifang (31N07 & 104E09) is at the boundary line of the areas of violent and severe intensity. It is surprising fact that these lines are also a changing point of navamsa sign of place. The Juyan is ruled by Scorpio navamsa while the Shifang is by Libra navamsa.
a- The Scorpio sign is within the aspect of the 8th lord of it and its lord is in debilities in the Badhak house from the Scorpio sign.
b- In the navamsa diagram the Scorpio sign is aspected by Ketu and its lord is with Rahu. The 8th house from it has mixed influenced.
3- The sever area- In this area the place Shifang is situated. The intensity of earthquakes became less slight as this area was ruled by Libra navamsa and this sign beside malefic affliction also has benefic influence. As-
a- The sign Libra is aspected by Venus the 8th lord from it but it is the same time sign lord too.
b- In the navamsa diagram sign Libra has its own lord Venus with Gulika but same time it is also 8th lord from it.
4- Very strong- This area also has the places of Libra navamsa. The Qionglai (30N24 & 103E42) and Mianyang (31N28 & 104E43).
The place Chengdu ruled by the Taurus sign with Virgo navamsa (30N44 & 104E11) is situated at the boundary lines of the areas of very strong and strong intensities. It is also a surprising fact how the intensity of earthquakes maintains the astrological rules and my theory for obtaining the zodiac sign of place. You will see this surprising fact again in the example of the Bihar flood.
