The dates of the terror explosion in New Delhi and my theory for determining the zodiac sign of the place.
New Delhi is ruled by the Sign Capricorn according to my formula. The 1st, 4th, 8th, and 12th transits of the Moon are bad, and the 5th, 7th, and 9th transits may be bad if within affliction.
- 09/01/1997 at police headquarters, ITO. The transiting moon was at the sign Sagittarius, for a full day the 12th place from the place sign.
- 01/10/1997 at Sadar Bazar. The Moon was at sign Virgo for a full day trine to a place a sign with Sun aspected by Saturn.
- 10/10/1997 at Shanti Ban, Kodia Bridge, Kingsley camp. The Moon was at sign Capricorn, for the full day, 1st place, hence sensitive.
- 18/10/1997 at Rani Bag Bazar. The Moon was at sign Taurus, for a full day trine to place having the 3rd aspect of Saturn and the 7th aspect of Mars.
- 26/10/1997 at Karol Bag Bazar. The Moon was in the sign Leo for a full day, the 8th place from the place sign.
- 30/12/1997 at Panjabi Bag. The Moon was at sign Sagittarius, for a full day the 12th place from place sign.
- 26/07/1998 near Kashmiri Gate. The Moon sign was Leo, for a full day, the 8th place from the place sign.
- 18/06/2000 near Lal Killa. The Moon sign was Sagittarius, for a full day, the 12th place.
- 29/10/2005 at Sarojini Nagar, Pahad Ganj, etc. The moon sign was Leo up to 16/00 hours, the 8th place after it at Virgo trine to place with Ketu aspected by Saturn.
- 13/9/2008 at Karol Bag etc. The moon sign was Aquarius, not fulfilling my condition, but the Karakamsa ascendant was signing Sagittarius the 12th place. The time of the explosions is not known to me; the ascendant may be fulfilling the rule. The 8th transit of the Sun and Saturn from the place sign was also responsible.
- 27/09/2008 near Kutubminar. The Moon sign was Leo, for the full day, 8th place from the place sign.
- 07/09/2011 at 10/15 hour. The Moon sign Sagittarius, for the full day, is the 12th place from the place sign.
